The process is as follows. As should be obvious, this is no simple fix, but requires substantial time and commitment from both Management Team and Company or Firm capable of resulting in a sound deliverable providing sharp focus and stellar success.

NOTE: The members of the Management Team are set at the beginning (up to eleven) and must remain constant throughout, so as to avoid disruption for continuing Members. If someone leaves the Team and must be replaced, an additional fee of $500 will be charged (per new Member), in order to cover the extra time needed for their orientation.
Most Team Meetings are for four hours.
